Octavia packin heat!

Octavia a pony of pure class. master of the cello.
but no cello today she's packing heat major heat a four chambered rocket launcher hidden in her chello case.
why would she have such a thing? somepony owes her money? makes her feel powerful. or she like firearms

this project changed about 5 times why? well lack of talent in backgronds is one reason.
but im glad how it turned out. i overhaul my layering system for the better. well i think i did anyway tryed some new styles in this with lighting an shading witch i needed to work on badly and still need to
